- Preheat the oven for 15 min, grease the pan with butter or margarine and flour.
- Separate the yolks from the whites! Beat the egg whites separately. Beat the oil with the sugar and the yolks until it becomes a very soft cream, put the zest of the orange peel! Carefully add the orange juice, the flour, then add the snow whites, finally the baking powder. Place in greased shape and bake for approximately 30 minutes!
