- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Strained orange juice1 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cut the orange into 4 pieces, remove the white part of the core and the seeds.
- Blend the oranges, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast.
- Add the contents of the blender to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon (do not hit the mixer)
- Take it to the medium oven for approximately 35 minutes in a greased shape with wheat flour.
- For the frosting: mix the orange juice with the cornstarch and half a cup of sugar. Bring to a boil until thickened. Cover the cake with the still warm syrup.
