- Orange juice01 cup

- Beat the eggs in the mixer and then add the sugar and continue beating. Then add oil and beat again. Add the orange juice and beat more.
- Add the wheat flour gradually and finally the baking powder and mix gently.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Make a syrup with half a cup of water and 2 cups of sugar. After the cake is ready, drizzle with this syrup. If desired, decorate with slices of oranges and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
