- Sugar1.5 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Orange zest to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, add the eggs, butter and sugar and beat well.
- Add the wheat flour and the juice of 4 oranges.
- Add the yeast to the orange zest (optional) and mix lightly.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven, at 200° for 40 minutes, or until it blushes.
- Tip: you can prepare a syrup by bringing half a cup of orange juice and half a cup of sugar to a boil. Let it thicken a little and throw it on the still hot cake. You can sprinkle grated coconut on top too. Stay DIVINE!!!!!
