- Wheat flour without yeast2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Orange zest to taste
- Unite a cake form with oil and flour. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
- In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar and beat with a fouet or spatula for 5 minutes.
- Add orange juice, oil, orange zest and mix.
- Gradually add the flour and incorporate slowly until the dough is smooth.
- Add the chemical yeast and mix gently.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or so, depending on your oven. Do the toothpick test.
