- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Orange juice1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Syrup: sugar2 cup
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Orange juice3 tablespoon
- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- Orange zest (optional) to taste
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in the mixer for 2 minutes, then add the sifted wheat flour, orange juice, oil and a pinch of salt. Beat for another 1min, add the yeast and mix with a spatula. Place in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour.
- Bake in the oven until the toothpick comes out dry.
- Syrup: Just beat the sugar with cornstarch in the blender for 3min. Then in a bowl, put this sugar with 3 tablespoons of orange juice + lemon juice. Mix everything with a spoon and pour over the uninformed cake. Sprinkle with orange zest.
