- Milk150 ml
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Select orange1 unit(s)
- Cointreau1 teaspoon
- Demerera sugar1 teaspoon
- Orange zest1 unit(s)
- refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Chocolate ice cream with orange Mil Frutas2 tablespoon
- Beat the egg and milk with a fouet
- Add the wheat flour and mix well
- Place the orange juice and caster sugar in a small pan until reduced and syrupy, then flambé with Cointreau.
- Heat a non-stick skillet and grease it with butter
- Add the crepe batter until it covers the entire bottom of the skillet.
- Flip to fry the other side
- On a large plate, place the crepe in a triangle shape.
- Place the demerara sugar on top of the crepe and heat with a blowtorch to get a crispy crust.
- Put the orange syrup spreading on the plate
- Put a Ball of chocolate ice cream with orange and more syrup and orange zest on top and serve immediately
