- Painless powdered gelatin12 g
- Orange juice400 ml

- Corn starch20 g
- Sugar270 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Place water in a small bowl, sprinkle with gelatin and set aside. In a pan, place the orange juice, the sieved eggs (do not scrape the sieve – throw it away), the starch and the sugar.
- Mix, bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the softened gelatin to the water and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
- Remove from heat and add the cream. Let it cool and store in the fridge until the filling starts to set.
