- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Orange juice (for topping)2 cup
- Cornstarch (for topping)1 tablespoon
- Cut the orange into 4 pieces, remove the white part of the core and the seeds that are visible. Blend the oranges, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender. In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast. Add the contents of the blender to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon (do not use a mixer). Take it to the medium oven for approximately 25 minutes in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour. Roof: Mix all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until it boils. Let it cook for a while and pour it over the still warm baked cake.
