- Condensed Milk1 unit(s)

- Milk2 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate bar180 g
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Separate the filling from 25 cookies and crush the cookies
- Mix the crushed biscuit with the butter
- Make the biscuit layer in the medium refractory
- In the pan, place the condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream, the milk, the starch, the vanilla essence and the stuffing separated from the cookies.
- Cook over medium heat until it forms a cream, mix 10 broken Oreos in this cream while still hot.
- Place while still hot in the refractory with the cookies.
- Place cling film on top of the cream so it doesn't form a film and let it cool.
- Leave in the fridge for approximately 2 hours
- For the ganache, melt the chocolate, either in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds so it doesn't burn, or in a bain-marie.
- Once melted, mix with the cream.
- Spread the ganache on top of the Oreo cream
- Refrigerator for approximately 2 hours
