- White Chocolate500 g
- Condensed Milk395 g
- Salt01 coffee spoon
- Chopped Oreo Cookies180 g
- In a pan, place the chopped white chocolate with the condensed milk and melt it over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is well dissolved.
- Then add the pinch of salt and the chopped cookies, mixing little and very slowly, so as not to stain the chocolate too much with the cookie crumbs.
- Now put it in a square shape, preferably with a removable bottom lined with plastic film or aluminum foil, to make it easier to unmold and not need to grease.
- Cover well and let it get very consistent overnight, out of the fridge.
- After that use a wet metal spatula or a knife and gently release the sides and unmold the Fudge.
- Then it's ready! Cut them as you prefer, it can be with a knife or specific cutters I cut it with a knife, in different shapes of squares.
- As a suggestion, you can replace the Oreo cookie with Bis, dried fruits, chopped chestnuts, cereal, liqueur jelly beans etc.. . Here at home it is a real success!
