- Crushed Oreo3 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chocolate syrup to decorate1 to taste
- 2 condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cream cheese250 g
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Chopped Oreo1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the Oreo® and the butter until it forms a wet crumb. Spread on the bottom of a 22 cm diameter removable rim pan and press down well with your fingers. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove and reserve. In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the cream cheese and the gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package and blend until smooth. Pour into the mold and spread the Oreo® over it letting it sink in slightly. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Remove and unmold. Serve immediately.
