- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Demerara or brown sugar1 cup
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey)1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
- Pinch of Clove Powder1 unit(s)
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche for topping to taste
- Sprinkles to decorate to taste
- Place the eggs, milk, honey, sugar and oil in the blender and beat well for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, sift the chocolate powder, wheat flour and add the mixture beaten in the blender, stir until smooth.
- Add cinnamon powder, clove powder and ginger powder and mix well
- Lastly, add the baking powder and gently mix until smooth.
- Place the cupcake baking papers in the silicone cupcake liners
- Fill the cupcake molds a little more than halfway with the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Expect to cool down completely and unmold
- Cover your cupcakes with dulce de leche and decorate with chocolate sprinkles 🧁😋
