Coloque em uma vasilha o coco, o leite de coco, misture, acrescente os ovos, o leite condensado e por último coloque o fermento em pó;

Transfira para um refratário ou uma forma untada com manteiga;

Leve ao forno pré aquecido em temperatura de 180graus, asse por 25 minutos, sirva com sorvete de creme.
