- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a 500 ml shallow refractory with butter.
- Place the eggs and butter in a refractory and beat with a wire whisk.
- Gradually add the sugar to the mixture, then add the coconut and mix until the point is incorporated.
- Finish by transferring the mixture to a refractory, taking it to the oven for approximately 40 min or until golden. The cocada is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and enjoy.
