- Stale French toast bread cut 2 fingers wide 😏1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1/2 l
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Sugar to taste
- In a bowl, add the milk with the condensed milk and mix well.
- Dip the slices of bread in this mixture until it is very moist, but not to the point of falling apart.
- Then dip in lightly beaten eggs.
- Place the slices of bread in a greased baking dish with butter or margarine.
- Then just bake in a preheated oven, 180ºC, for about 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
- TIP: When golden on one side, turn and brown on the other. Don't leave too long in the oven so it doesn't dry out.
- To finish, pass the french toast in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
