- Chia1 tablespoon
- Chopped Strawberry4 unit(s)
- Xylitol (natural sweetener)1 teaspoon
- Skimmed yogurt2 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk100 ml
- Place the oatmeal, chia seeds and sweetener or honey or sugar of your choice in the glass and mix well.
- Add chopped strawberry and yogurt and mix again.
- Finally, add the milk to cover the ingredients and mix lightly.
- Place in the fridge and let it sit overnight to hydrate the chia seeds. Approximately 7 to 8 hours
