- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream100 g
- cork paçocas8 unit(s)
- Butter10 g
- In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and 4 crumbled paçocas. Mix it all up.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the freezer, crumble the remaining paçocas on another plate, make balls of 12g each and pass the crumbled paçocas. Forminhas n°5
