- In a pan, place the 260g of sugar and the butter and heat until the butter melts, add the dulce de leche and the egg.
- Add the dry ingredients: salt, baking soda and flour. Mix lightly until homogenized, bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper for 30 min in a preheated oven at 180°C
- In a separate pan, add the 200g of granulated sugar and the water, let it boil until it reaches amber color, then add the peanuts, mix and take it to cool on a surface greased with butter. After cooling process lightly
- In another pan, add the white chocolate, the dulce de leche and the paçoca, take it to medium heat, mixing constantly until homogenized and shiny.
- Under the baked blondie, place the processed peanut praline, then the dulce de leche fudge, refrigerate for 4 hours, cut when serving.
