- Hazelnut Cream4 tablespoon
- In a medium bowl, start by adding 4 paçocas of cork and with the help of a fork, mash them well. Add the condensed milk over the paçocas and mix again very well. Finally, book on the side. Now in another bowl, add the well-chilled fresh cream, beat everything with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Pass all the paçoca mixture into this bowl with the cream and with a spatula, mix everything very well until it homogenizes. After doing this, place all this mixture inside a 17cm refractory and on top, place the last 4 crushed paçocas to decorate. Finally, place the hazelnut cream in the four corners of the refractory and with a fork, mix lightly, take it to the freezer until it becomes ice cream. Help yourself then!
