- In a mixer put the whipped cream and beat until it increases in volume and stands firm. Then gradually add the condensed milk while beating.
- It will form a cream, while it beats, gradually add the cream. Turn off the mixer and put the paçoca in pieces, mix little by little with a spoon.
- Place in a refractory and take to the freezer, leave at least 3 hours to serve.
