- Condensed milk395 ml
- Cornstarch3 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- Paçoquinhas (cork)9 unit(s)
- Heavy cream200 ml
- Cornstarch biscuit to taste
- Milk to taste
- Paçoquinhas (cork) to decorate to taste
- Off the heat, add the condensed milk to a pan.
- Add cornstarch and dissolve.
- Add the 9 crumbled paçocas.
- Add the milk and mix everything.
- Place over medium/low heat and stir until it thickens.
- When it thickens, lower the heat completely and stir for another 2 minutes to cook the starch well.
- Turn off the fire.
- Add the Heavy cream and mix well.
- In a deep pan, add some of the cream and spread it until it covers the bottom.
- Soak the cornstarch biscuits in the milk and create a layer.
- Intersperse a layer of cream and a layer of biscuit, until the cream runs out. (The last layer has to be cream).
- Place in the refrigerator until set and cool.
- Remove from the fridge, break some more paçocas on top to decorate, and serve.
