- Whole milk300 ml
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Paçoca in cork8 unit(s)
- Refined sugar2 cup
- Syrup: First, melt the sugar over low heat. When it is melted, add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until it forms a syrup. Put it in a shape and let it caramelize.
- Pudding: Place all ingredients (except sugar) in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into the caramelized form and bake in a bain-marie at 180 degrees for 1:30 hour.
- Let cool completely before disinforming. Decorate with 2 or 3 crumbled paçocas. Serve cold.
