- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Syrup: Bring the sugar and water to a low heat, inside a form of pudding, without stirring until very dark. Turn off the heat and spread the caramel. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, paçocas and eggs for 3 minutes. Pour this mixture into the caramelized form and cover the shape with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C in a bain-marie. for 40 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, pierce it with a toothpick, if it comes out dirty, leave it in the oven longer until it pierces and the toothpick comes out clean. The oven time may vary, taking more or less from one oven to the other.
- Let cool and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove, heat the bottom of the form a little on the stove, unmold and decorate with crumbled paçocas.
