- Blue food coloring. to taste
- Straight into the blender, place the eggs, oil, sugar and Paçoquitas.
- Whisk everything together and then pour it into a container.
- In the mixture, add the flour little by little and mix, finally, add the yeast.
- Grease the mold with a little butter or, if you prefer, you can use a mold release agent, and place the dough.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Do the toothpick test and when it comes out clean you can turn it off and remove it.
- With the dough ready, it was time to make the topping.
- In a pan, over medium heat, place the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk.
- Stir until it releases from the pan, remove from the heat, wait for it to cool a little and add the cream.
- Add a few drops of food coloring and mix.
- Pour the frosting over the dough, garnish and finish, just dive into this delight.
