- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- grated coconut50 g
- Grease and flour a medium form of pudding.
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Beat the corn, eggs, butter, milk and sugar in a blender.
- Add the flour and baking powder and beat for a few more seconds, just enough to mix.
- Add the coconut and stir just with a spoon.
- Pour into the greased form and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
