Grease and flour a medium form of pudding.

Bata no liquidificador o milho, os ovos, a manteiga, o leite e o açúcar.

Beat the corn, eggs, butter, milk and sugar in a blender.

Acrescente a farinha e o fermento e bata mais alguns segundos, apenas o suficiente para misturar.

Add the flour and baking powder and beat for a few more seconds, just enough to mix.

Acrescente o coco e mexa apenas com uma colher.

Add the coconut and stir just with a spoon.

Despeje na forma untada e asse por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Pour into the greased form and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
