- Pieces of Panettone to taste
- Gem4 unit(s)
- Milk250 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Dried fruits to taste
- Mix the yolks, condensed milk and milk with a fouet and pass through a sieve.
- In a pan melt the sugar when it is completely melted add the water and wait until it forms a foam this is the point of the pudding syrup
- Pour the syrup over a mold with a bottom in the middle and wait to cool down.
- Add dried fruits and panettone pieces on top of the syrup.
- Pour the pudding mass that we prepared in the beginning and cook in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Pierce with a fork if it comes out clean, it's ready, take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours before misinforming
- misinform and serve
