- Water1/4 cup
- Organic Yeast50 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- warm milk200 ml
- Candied fruit300 g
- Raisins200 g
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Panettone essence20 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a blender, place the eggs, butter, sugar, milk, yeast and panettone essence, beat for two minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, take the mixture from the blender adding little by little, knead until it forms a soft dough.
- The dough should not stick to your hands, add the lemon zest, grapes and fruit
- Add the dough to the shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
