- Hydrogenated Chocolate (no tempering required)1 kg
- Cashew Nuts100 g
- Edible glitter (optional) to taste
- Cut the panettone into not too small squares and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds until completely melted.
- Bathe the panettone cubes with the help of a fork and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then sprinkle the chestnut on top and the glitter.
- Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes and it will be ready to serve.
