- Unflavored gelatin9 g
- Sugar for jam70 g
- Strawberries100 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Mineral water100 ml
- Hydrate the gelatin in 70 ml of mineral water, stir and reserve. Prepare the syrup by adding the fresh strawberries, 100 ml of water and 70 g of sugar, lemon drops until cook and get the consistency of a fluid syrup (coulis).
- Place the cream, sugar (50g) and vanilla in the fire until it boils; Turn off the heat and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved;
- Place in a glass or container of your choice and immediately put in the freezer.
- Prepare the syrup by adding the fresh strawberries, 100 ml of water and 70 g of sugar, lemon drops until cook and get the consistency of a fluid syrup (coulis).
