- Recipe
- Sour cream250 ml
- Sugar200 g
- Vanilla01 dessert spoon
- Unflavored gelatin (sachet)01 unit(s)
- Cognac02 tablespoon
- Warm water02 tablespoon
- Berries (blackberry/strawberry/blueberry)200 g
- Sugar100 g
- Panna Cotta In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla. Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of milk in a separate container. Add to the other ingredients in the pan and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly. Until boiling bubbles start to form in the corner of the pan, do not let it boil. Put the mixture in a form of pudding or individual pots! It is not necessary to grease the mold with anything. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool naturally. Place in the fridge for approximately 5 hours until firm with the consistency of a pudding. Preparation method - Syrup Place all the ingredients in a pan and place over medium heat. Stir constantly until you get a thick syrup. Let cool. To unmold the panna cotta, run a knife along the side of the pan to loosen it. Be careful not to drop it from a large space between the plate and the mold, it may end up breaking the candy. Place the coulis on top and serve.
