- 📍For the panna cotta:. l
- coffee (with coffee maker)150 ml
- liquid cream400 ml
- sugar80 g
- from isinglass (4 sheets)8 g
- A few drops of vanilla essence. l
- 📍For the sauce:. l
- dark chocolate100 g
- coffee (with coffee maker)100 ml
- 📍 Decorate:. l
- A handful of coffee beans. l
- Prepare the 150 ml of coffee and let it cool.
- Soak the isinglass in cold water for about ten minutes.
- Bring the cream to the boil, add the sugar, the vanilla essence and the coffee and let it almost come to a boil.
- Squeeze the isinglass well, add to the cream and mix well to dissolve completely.
- Turn off the heat and place in individual serving molds (I used the silicone ones) with a regular shape (avoid the ones that are very ornamented because, as it is a little softer than the normal panna cotta due to the addition of coffee, you will need to be careful when taking it it).
- Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
- Just before serving, melt the chocolate in a pan with 100 ml of coffee until you get a thick sauce.
- 📍Plating: Gently remove the cream from the molds (brush the edges with a knife if necessary), place a mold on each plate, add two tablespoons of chocolate syrup and decorate with some coffee beans.
