- Vanilla essence3 dessert spoon
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Greek yogurt6 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Sugar500 g
- Strawberry500 g
- blackberry500 g
- Cream: In a pan put the milk, honey and vanilla. Let it boil and turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a container, hydrate the gelatin with milk (5 tablespoons of milk)
- Add the gelatin to the pan mixture and mix well and include the yogurt and stir well and set aside.
- Jam: In another pan, place the chopped fruit and add the sugar and stir until it becomes a jelly. Add a little lemon and you're done.
- Assemble as you like and bon appetit.
