- Milk for gelatin100 ml

- In a pan, add the milk, cream and sugar, mix well.
- Separately, hydrate the gelatin in the milk and set aside.
- Return to the pan mix, turn on the fire and stir until it boils, then turn off the fire.
- With the fire off and the mixture hot, add the vanilla essence, mix well and add the hydrated gelatin, mix well and you can now put it in the mold.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Attention: If you want to unmold, grease your pan with a little oil.
- Syrup: In a pan, pour all passion fruit and sugar, mix well for 5 minutes on low heat, then turn off and wait to cool down to use.
