- Sour cream250 ml
- liquid milk1 cup
- Sugar (I used demerara)1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract1/2 tablespoon
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Strawberry and sugar for syrup to taste
- Mix milk, cream and sugar and bring to the fire, as soon as it boils, turn off.
- Melt unflavored gelatin in hot water until smooth.
- Pour the gelatin into the cream while it is still hot and then the vanilla. Mix it all up and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a separate pan, place the strawberries and mix with sugar until the syrup forms.
- Serve with the strawberry syrup.
