Papaya cream with red fruit coulis

Para o coulis:
Bata em um processador  as frutas vermelhas com o açúcar e o suco de limão por três minutos. Reserve.
Para o creme de papaia:
Retire a polpa dos mamões e bata com as 2 bolas do sorvete de creme.
Coloque o creme de papaia em uma taça e distribua o coulis sobre o creme. Enfeite com hortelã e leve à geladeira até a hora de servir.
Fácil, rápida e deliciosa 😋😋

For the coulis:
In a food processor, pulse the berries with the sugar and lemon juice for three minutes. Reserve.
For the papaya cream:
Remove the pulp from the papayas and beat with the 2 scoops of the ice cream.
Place the papaya cream in a bowl and spread the coulis over the cream. Garnish with mint and refrigerate until serving time.
