- One kilo of ripe papaya1 kg
- One cup of all-purpose flour1 cup
- A bottle of coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Two and a half cups of demerara sugar2.1/2 cup
- Half a cup of honey1/2 cup
- Peel the papaya and cook it with sugar and hit the blender with the wheat flour and coconut milk and take it back to the fire until it boils put the honey in the pudding mold and take it to the fire to caramelize pour the cream in the caramelized mold leaving to cool, unmold and serve with fruit and wholemeal bread
