- Sugar500 g
- Milk750 ml
- Coconut milk glass1 unit(s)

- Concentrated passion fruit juice1/2 cup
- lightly toasted grated coconut or ground cinnamon for garnish to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Bring to a boil in a 3 liter pot (during the boil the mixture grows and foams), stirring until it curdles.
- Stop stirring, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the syrup thickens and separates from the candy (about 30 minutes).
- Leave in the pan until cool. Take it to the fridge and serve in a compote or individual bowls, sprinkling with coconut or cinnamon.
