- Beat the passion fruit with a little water. Sift and reserve some of the seeds. Make a reduction of the passion fruit juice until it reaches 1/3 of the amount, the sugar is used for the reduction to gain a little consistency and not to cut the brigadeiro when mixing.
- Mix the condensed milk with the cream, which can be in a can, without whey or in a box, the butter or the chopped chocolate. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the brigadeiro starts to get a rolling texture, approximately 15 minutes, pour the passion fruit reduction, little by little, stirring constantly. The brigadeiro will lose texture, so increase the heat, keep stirring until you reach the desired point. If you are going to roll, until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan. Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap and roll up only when completely cold. Preferably do it in one day and roll the next. Pass the confectionery of your preference and then just be happy with this delight!
- If you want, you can add a little bit of the seeds to the brigadeiro dough.
