- Preheat the pan and grease a central hole pan
- Beat the eggs, the passion fruit juice, and the oil in a blender.
- Add the sugar and beat until blended.
- Gradually add the flour and finally the baking powder.
- Pour the dough into the greased and floured form.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix the passion fruit pulp, water and sugar and cook over low heat.
- Pour the syrup over the still warm cake.
