- Remove the pulp of 2 passion fruit and sieve 1 you reserve.
- mix the passion fruit broth with the condensed milk, the cream and the whipped cream
- place in a refractory or in individual pots on top put the chocolate cream
- Then you take that leftover passion fruit, remove the pulp and put it on top of your dessert and put it in the fridge for 2 hours and it's ready to serve.
