- passion fruit juice concentrate (200 ml)1 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- colorless gelatin powder (12 g) hydrated and melted according to package instructions1 dessert spoon
- Beat the passion fruit juice with the condensed milk and the cream in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
- Add the melted gelatin and beat for 1 to 2 minutes to mix well.
- Pour into disposable cups or individual cups and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
- Finally, decorate with passion fruit syrup and seeds.
