- Ready-made fruit juice (of your favorite flavor)150 ml
- grated coconut5 tablespoon
- Unflavored colorless gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
- Chopped milk chocolate bar125 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate125 g
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the fruit juice for 3 minutes.
- Hydrate the colorless gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water and mix well.
- Microwave for 15 seconds and mix to melt well.
- Add to blender and blend for another 1 minute.
- Finally, add the grated coconut and beat quickly, just to mix.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
- Truffled Topping Melt the chocolates in a bain-marie or in the microwave (in this case, stopping every 30 seconds to stir and prevent it from burning).
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Pour over the cooled mousse and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Decorate to taste and serve.
