- Concentrated passion fruit juice1 cup
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 cup
- Unflavored colorless gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
- Cup of hot water1/4 cup
- Passion fruit pulp for garnish1/2 cup
- Place the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and sour cream in the Food Processor equipped with the emulsifier accessory.
- Beat for 2 minutes on high speed.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and add to the mixture.
- Beat for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual bowls.
- Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
- When serving, decorate by spreading the passion fruit pulp on top.
