- Cold cream (whey free)1 can(s)
- Iced concentrated passion fruit juice1..1/2 cup
- Blend all the mousse ingredients in a blender.
- Transfer to a glass container with or without a lid, sealing with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- SYRUP pulp of 2 passion fruit 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Put the passion fruit pulp with the seeds and sugar to boil over low heat for 10 minutes or until the pulp is transparent and thick.
- Let the syrup cool and spread over the mousse.
- Leave it in the fridge for a while and then just serve.
