- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Unflavored Gelatin Pack1 unit(s)
- Passion fruit pulp with seeds1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Preparation mode In the blender add the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice. Beat for 2 minutes Dissolve the unflavored gelatin as instructed on the package.
- With the blender on, add the unflavored gelatin. And beat for another 2 minutes Reserve
- In a pan, add the sugar and the passion fruit pulp with seeds. On low heat, stir until it turns into a syrup. Let cool
- Add the beaten liquid in a few small jars or in a large pot. And cover the top with the syrup Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours and you're done.
