- Blend the passion fruit in a blender to remove the pulp with 20 ml of water, then strain and reserve.
- Then in the blender again take the two milk cream, condensed milk and the beaten passion fruit, hit for 5 minutes.
- Add the mousse already beaten in 5 small pots and take the fridge until it freezes. 1h is already good for consumption
