- Passion Fruit Juice400 ml
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Hot water7 dessert spoon
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin in hot water and set aside.
- Beat the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream for 1 minute in the blender, then add the dissolved gelatin and beat for another 2 minutes and pour into a platter.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Decorate with passion fruit pulp
