- Passion Fruit Juice200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Gelatin powder1 unit(s)
- Blend the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream in a blender until creamy.
- Add the melted gelatin and beat for 1 to 2 minutes to mix well.
- Distribute in individual portions and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
- Serve as fairies with the syrup.
- Syrup: Take the pulp with seeds, the 3 tablespoons of sugar is 1/3 of water.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Use cold.
